Natural Beauty Recipe: Meal Masks

Apply a paste of barley meal, pea-flower and rose water and leave it on for several hours in order to make the skin soft and supple.

Another mask is to mix into a paste one tablespoon each of finely ground oatmeal and milk, with a few drops of almond oil. Apply and leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse off.
